In a blender add washed coriander leaves, celery stalk and leaves, 1/4 cup peas, 1 sliced onion, red chilli powder, garam masala and make a paste with little water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and let them splatter.
Now add 1 sliced onion and saute till light Golden in colour.
Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Now add remaining peas and green paste to the onions and saute for few minutes.
Add salt and mix nicely.
Now add boiled rice and gently mix and let it simmer for five minutes.
Serve hot with raita.
